  4. Periods late. Can i still be pregnant?

Hi..I'm 27 yrs married..  I have being trying for baby.. I have irregular periods. My last period is on 16th May.. today is my 39th day.. I tested negative on 26th day.. today I have cramp along with light brown stringy discharge.. is this implantation bleeding or menstural bleeding??. Please help. Can I still be pregnant??
