Periods late for 10 days since 3 months

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi, I am 30 year old women.lately I am having irregularities in my periods.since 3 months I am having period 10 days late continuously.at the day I should get my period from that day onwards I am feeling a bit itching and sometimes burning and ejection of sperm till 10th day when period starts.its a pattern now from 3 months and it’s really uncomfortable. Please advice me reason and cure.do I need to worry about this or I need to see a doctor? Thanks.
