Hi doc, I am 10 days late. Not
pregnant. Generally my periods are quite regular. I recently started a new diet in which I with a doctor's consultation have replaced 2 of my meals by a milk + kabi pro protein powder. I have had an extensive blood work done all of which was fine except a severe
vitamin d deficiency for which I am taking medication. I have quite a stressful job and long hours at work. Sometimes I don't sleep for more than 3-4 hours a night. What would you suggest I should do?
