Periods last for only 2 days

Asked for Female, 29 Years

29 yrs old & married for 3 yrs. My mensuration cycle is normal but from last 1 yr it is lasting only for 2 days. I had a normal 5-6 days period before that. My husband is sailor & half of the year he sails. I have never taken any pills. Also I hav a problem of psoriasis for last 8 years but for that I don't take any medicine. Also I have a very small hard painless knot-like lump, notice last year, nearmy armpit towards my hand muscle, not visible bt can felt while touching. No change in shape.
