Please do nothing as far as your periods are concerned. Most of the time the problem of delayed period or spotting is due to excessive use of emergency contraception. And after that the patient is so restless that she puts a question in Practo Q&A repeatedly.
If you seriously want your periods to become normal please have patience for atleast one month and no unprotected intercourse.
