Ipill is know to cause disruption of menstrual cycle in some women, hence your periods might have come early. Also since she has had intercourse just 4 days after periods , chances of your friend getting pregnant is very low. So if she is still worried, ask her to repeat pregnancy test after one week , if negative go to visit a gynaecologist.

Hello
I pill has a side effect of causing spotting pv for a week , after 7-8 days of intake of I pill
If she is just having spotting pv this is not her periods bleeding, this is a withdrawal bleeding because of I pill
Wait for her periods till 12 December,if it gets delayed then do a pregnancy test after 8 days of delayed periods
