Is it possible if girl is not getting periods and if she have sex. Does she start getting periods after having sex

If a girl is not getting periods ,she needs to get her self evaluated for the same,by getting necessary tests and Ultrasound done,.however if she does sex she will bleed bcz of hymen rupture and not bcz of periods .
