If your previous period was regular then delayed period is not normal. First of all you should check for pregnancy ( actually you did not provide information regarding marital status ) for pregnancy check up you can do urine pregnancy test or blood test Beta hCG .period sometimes delay because of Harmon always problems but first you rule out pregnancy
