Periods issue
Hi, is it OK to get periods one month on 28 th day and next month on 30 day. I was getting periods for the past three month on 28 days but this month I got on 30th only. How to calculate the follicle days then. I have pcod.

It is very normal When periods are pretty much normal Then the same way you calculate your ovulation days That is d11. To d15 Or can use ovulation kit

Hi. It is normal to get periods 2 to 3 days later.you have to count 2 weeks back  from expected LMP.
