Periods issue, and stomach pain

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Unprotected sex(not sure about ejaculation) on the same day of my period, consumption of unwanted 72. But periods came 8 days later and only for 1 day. Pregnancy kit shows negative result. Main prblms were stomach pain, question about regular periods. Please give some advice. Now the main issue is stomach pain and urine pregnancy kit show negative
