If you are sexually active then chances of pregnancy.Confirm for pregnancy either by urine or blood.It is Bhcg test and confirmatory.Result is zero means you are not pregnant then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting to gynaecologist.

Do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy if you have been sexually active.
Other causes of delayed periods can be pcos , hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders , ovarian cyst , endometriosis etc.
