Periods irregular. Could be on track.

I am suffering from period irregularities since past 5 year. I am a two year married woman. Last year I was under medication so my problem went out and I was having normal periods but after that I went to Pune and again the problem started. I again went to under medication but the problem is not changed. Besides this problem I am having pain around my vegina and having thiroide also due to which I have lost my Hair almost. Since there is a lot of time my marriage I didn't conceived even once. I am also having pain below my stomach. I have got a lot of weight around the uterus. Please consider my problem as serious and give me suggestions and suggest a good doctor who can remove my this problem forever so that my health and life could be on track. Thanks
