Hlo , i want to control and stop my periods for 10 days to enjoy my vocations in hilly areas. many peoples said me that in hilly areas the chances of periods arises are more. i want to stop my periods ih hilly areas with 10 days what should i do and whats about the premolute-n and how i use it.
