Periods for almost 3 weeks

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had been having periods for 3 weeks now, however the flow is not that heavy. First one week it was usually. But the second and 3 week I do not have a flow it's more like a heavy spotting. Kindly suggest

Do a pregnancy test if applicable. If not applicable or negative take Tablet Trapic MF three times a day for three days.
