Periods flow irregular

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Today is the 5th day of my periods and I am having irregular flow. This month periods came 2 days in advance(which is not common with me) and initial 2 days the flow was really low.I put on the pad just for the sake of it but from 3rd day the flow become heavy(more then regular) accompanied by bad cramps from today.I usually experience cramps so that is normal but not on 5th day. Took 2 meftal tabs today for relief. Is this normal or something I should be concern about?

As long as the flow is normal and there is pain relief nothing more needs to be done... Deviation from normal pattern once in a while is quite normal
