Hello doctor, My period cycle is very regular n normal. This month date of starting of my periods is 14th Feb. Due to some very pressing reasons I need to postpone it till 19th Feb. Yesterday evening i.e. 11th Feb I took susten200 (it was given by a local chemist to delay periods). Is it safe to continue with this medicine till 18th Feb? Or can I switch over to Regestrone 5mg thrice a day from today? Please guide.

Do not buy hormones over the counter without gynecologist consultation and prescription .. Start Regesterone 5 mg two times a day from today. Continue till 19th February and stop.  You will get your periods 4 to 5 days after stopping the medicines
