Periods delay /upt negative

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I had Last periods on 24 march...very light,had sex on 9 april and 13 april,now my periods are late. So as per the suggestion of doctors on this platform,have taken upt today , it is negative. What next? Why periods are delayed? Any suggestions?
