R u sexually active? If yes go fr a pregnancy test If no Then other reasons fr the delay needs to be investigated n treated as a delay of more than 7 days is not normal

One week delay is normal but if sexually active  then get a urine pregnancy test done. Or else take medicine  to induce your period after consultation.
