Periods delay. Chance of pregnancy. ?

Doctor me and my girlfriend had protected sex on 7th april her periods start on 25th March and stop at 1st april.Then from the day we had sex. From the next day she started which discharge and on 15th i do some fingering and on 19th she started frequently urination and on 24th we went to doctor and she did urination test In which it was found that..she has infection and doctor wrote some antibiotics then after this her last periods date is 25march nd now its 30th april there is no sing of periods.she take pregnancy test on 29th but it was negative and also there is no white discharge as comes in periods usually.Now from 25th april she started feeling pricks in her stomach.And the intensity of pricks increase when she eat lunch , dinner etc Doctor please help us is there any chance of pregnancy..?
