  4. Periods delay. For my delayed period?

Actually my last period was on 17th jan and i had an intercouse on 22nd jan then due to acne reasons the doctor prescribed me to take antibiotic medicines.i started taking from 9 th feb n had an intercouse again on 11. And i have done pregnancy test also on 22nd bt it was negative and i have missed my periods too...so what can be the reason for my delayed period??
