Hi ... I am 21 and married .... I am 7 days late but I have periods pain , cramps morning sickness , but I don'nt have vomitings , headech and anyother pragnancy symptoms .... I am sexually active And trying to get pragnant from 1 year but don't know y am not getting pragnant ! Please help

Do a pregnancy test first to clear doubts on pregnancy and if Negative then get an ultrasound done to rule out for PCOs etc and also get ur Thyroid checked,u may get back to us for further advice if needed.
