Periods are not getting from last 3month

Sir my cousin is suffering with polycystic ovarian disease from last 4 years and its gud by managing with medicines and doctor precautions ,but from last three months she is suffering with menstrual problem she is not getting the periods so will u plz explain me and why this is happening and plz give a solution to control these problem.

Periods trouble is common with PCOS. She can take short course of progesterone to get periods. Continue the treatment. Take care of diet and exercise. Also, do a urine pregnancy test if sexually active
