Periods are not coming on time
I had a medical abortion 6 weeks ago, I was expecting my first period after abortion within 4-6 weeks and now 6 weeks are over but still no period yet. Is it a serious concern or shall I wait a little longer please suggest.

Mam post abortion periods can be irregular at times , don't worry. If your cycles were irregular before abortion too then please connect. Do rule out pregnancy by urine pregnancy test.
