Periods and unwanted 72

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My periods were going on and i had unprotected sex on the 3rd night of my period, then i took unwanted 72 to prevent pregnancy. Just after 3 hours of taking the 72 pill i had another unprotected sex, so do i need to take another pill?
