I had sex on my 2nd day of periods it wasn't a planned one so its unprotexted sex. The sperm wasn't let inside still for my satisfaction I took I pill next day morning itself now my periods got stopped and I wonder is there any chance of getting pregnant and Should I take one more pill

Instead of taking an i pill , if you hv not yet received your periods then first do a urine pregnancy test.
If negative then just wait for spontaneous resumption of periods.
If you tk 1 more pill periods will get delayed further
