I don't remember whether I had sex in Dec 2022 because I have as drunk but before that I was a virgin. On 6th dec 2022 If anything happened I would've felt it but I didn't when I woke up. I got bleeding on 7dec 2022 but flow was light, I also got bleeding in jan 2023& Feb 2023 but flow was light. I checked my home hcg test and it showed negative. Can I be pregnant because of light flow?

If at all you had sex it was on 6 December. You didn't have any sexual intercourse after 6 December.
If you had conceived on 6 December it would surely have given a positive pregnancy test by 27 December. You have done the test much later, even as late as February 2023 and the test was negative.
So you are not pregnant.
