Hi,
I nearly had unprotected sex in Dec during my ovulation days . To prevent pregnancy I took levonogestrel , however on my periods day I had only blood flow for half a day only . When I tested further , after 1 week no HCG was found in the urine test . I had my blood test my TSH is 4.7 and m having slight headache every day nd dizziness

Headache and dizziness are not signs of pregnancy.you took emergency contraceptive pill after unprotected intercourse. It is successful in preventing PREGNANCY in about 80-90% times. And you beta HCG is negative. So no chances of pregnancy.consult gynceologist
