Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi Dr. I am 24 days late and I consulted a gynecologist she gave me t duphaston 10 mg to have twice a day for 5 days and its been 7 days no periods and today I just got a drop and it stopped as we are trying from past 5 months. Is this an implantation bleeding. As 10 days back I got a slight positive line have attached the pic. Pls advise what to be done
