Hi , I have a melasma problem and as per dermalogist adviced iam taking Tranamexic acid 500 mg capsule on daily base . Please advice will it effect on my regular monthly periods or any planning pregnancy. Thanks

yes it does. Be very careful as using it daily can cause CVT Stoke issues as well
