Periods again in 10 days aftr my cycle

Hi i had my periods on 25 march n it ended on 30 march. yesterday i had bleeding like somethin brownish red like a drop n today its little deep in color. I also faced this spottin in previous month. But it ws just a drop but this tym its little deep in colour and its two days now . Also im havin little headache even . Also i wud like to write dat my cycle is regular i hav never missed or faced any spottin in my history. Is dat any serious issue.

Do a urine pregnancy test if you hv been sexually active. Other causes cn be polyps , ovarian cysts , hormonal disturbance ,fibroids etc. Consult a gynaecologist
