Periods again after my cycle was over

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had my periods on 12th of August and it got over by 16th of August but then yesterday I saw that I was bleeding so was unaware as to what lead this happen and till today i am bleeding.So just wanted to know what could be the possible reason for this?
