I got my periods again after 10 days with heavy bleeding and cramps..is it miscarriage or something else.

Yes if you have been sexually active then it could definitely be a miscarriage. Kindly do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home and consult a gynaecologist near you for further management. An ultrasound will also be needed to confirm a diagnosis
