Periods after5 months of delivery..

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Recently delivered bright now she has 5 months baby . She got periods today .. she is on diet recommended by nutrition ist due to weight increase her previous weight73 now she is 71kg. In the diet she has to drink Fenugreek seeds water on empty stomach due to Fenugreek seeds she got period as Fenugreek is heat...? Suddenly periods why it came?? How many days periods will be there is it normal to get periods???
