Periods after 48 hour pill

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi I was taking 21 day Yasmin pills. I had my periods 10 days ago and this time I did not take pills. I had sex after that and I wasn’t sure If cum got ejected inside. Didnt want the risk of pregnancy So I took a 78 hours pill. I went to kashmir First day I had headache. Second day I got blood running out of nose then urine infection on third day. After coming back I have got periods again. Blood is more than usual.
