Period with no bleeding. And clear.

I am 34 years old and have birth to my second child when I was 31.5 years old. After child birth I dint get my period for 16 months as I was feeding my baby.. Got my first period in 16th month which was normal menstruation for 4 days.. After 10 days of first period I was diagnosed with dengue fever and was hospitalized for a week and later discharged while monitoring my platelets... However on 22nd day I again got my period.. That is when my platelets were just over 1.5 lakhs... This time it was very heavy with heavy flow for 8 days... My gynic asked to see if it stops by 10th day and it normally stopped on 10th day... Now after 36 days of second period I had spotting and even after 3 days there is only spotting and no blood flow.. Should I consult a doctor.. I had a ultrasound 3 months back and then uterus and ovaries were normal and clear.
