Period twice in a month

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hi. Am from kolkata..my last period ended in September 20. Then 26 to 30 september were durga puja. So I celebrated puja and did Dancing. Little of drinking, Too much walked in the street. Got too much tiredness.. So today 2oct my period started again.. Can u tell me plz why ? It happened. And aslo for last 3 month I saw my period date changed about 15days late.

How much was bleeding on 2 nd October? If it was less then don’t worry? Have u taken any pill in between? Any other health problem u have? Its difficult to diagnose without proper history but little spotting can happen because of excessive work
