Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am unmarried 23 years old. I have mild PCOD since 2 months. I got periods second time this month. After a span of 10 days after the previous period. I am on my second day of period today. Due to some function in the family i want to hault the menses. Which medicine will be suitable for me to hault periods.
