Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi Dr, I have skipped my period. It is over 5 days... I am not confirmed about pregnancy... if possibilities then please suggest for the termination because I have a baby girl of 8 months, my delivery having surgical. So I don't want to take risk. If i am pregnant then what should i do for the termination.
