Period Problem - I Had A Sex Last Month During My Periods And

I had a sex last month during my periods and after 4 hrs I ate unwanted pills. Now in this month my periods come 16 days late. First day of period is heavy but second its almost finished so is there any chances of pregnancy or may be something else.?
