Hlo dr, I don't have pcos earlier and also I am underweight like 34 kg  but one month during period I had extreme abdomen pain.. So I have done usg report which is attach here.. In that I found cyst... Are these cysts normal or go away on its own or I need treatment...

One ovary with polycystic morphology doesn't mean it's pcod if there are no symptoms like irregular periods. Your pain abdomen looks to be due to constipation as per the report and needs to be treated. Maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet for now.

Yes your ultrasound shows PCOS morphology and its not necessary for people to gain weight in PCOS. It is mostly due to hormonal imbalance which is also sometimes related to underweight. If you have lost weight recently then you need further evaluation. For the management if PCOS we need to connect Secondly the left ovary cyst is small and of not much significance. Get a follow up ultrasound after 3months Thirdly you need a surgical opinion for subcentimetric mesenteric lymph nodes
