Period problem

I became intimate with my colleague but we didnt had intercourse neither he ejucalted nor inserted his penis. I very sure i am not pregnant.Later on my periods were normal i followed a cycle of 30 days Last month my period came on 23rd day. This month it has delayed by 2 days.
Can i know what to do
As I am worried. But i am sure i am not pregnant at all. Please suggest.

Ok but confirmation is must.Do pregnancy test either by urine or blood test.Blood test is Bhcg.If this is negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding or wait for spontaneous resumption of menstruation.
