Am having my period from 1month I had ultrasound and nothing had came in it doctor suggest me to eat richer cr well is it use full to me..It will stop my spotting

Get other tests done..as this s not normal..like TSH , prolactin , testosterone..also do a pregnancy test if u r sexually active
