Since when are you having problem of excessive bleeding?You need to do test to rule out any underlying hormonal cause of excessive bleeding like thyroid disorder.Also the ultrasound pelvis should be done once to rule out any underlying conditions in the uterus like fibroids, adenomyosis or in the ovaries.It is not natural to have excessive bleeding as it can lead to the anaemia. You can continue taking tranexamic acid.
