I am having pcos and a lot of pain in my back and abdomen in periods why it's there is it normal what should I do

It could be normal. But usually Pcos will not cause pain. Have you always had this pain or is it just happening now. Also you have to rule out endometriosis.

You can take Tablet Dronis 20 from day two of periods onwards every night for three weeks and then give a gap of seven days. Repeat for three-six cycles.
