Period or implemtation bleed

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had sex , protected, for the first time, last Tuesday, I'm 21 , female. I came home and everything was fine I bled for the next two days nothing too major. Also my period was suppose to start on the Wednesday of last week. I don't have a normal flow date. Yesterday I was getting mild cramps and my breasts were a little sore , and today when I wiped I got blood on the tissue , and my cramps are little more severe then yesterday. my period is late and I'm a bit scared about it not coming.
