Asked for Female, 29 Years

Had implant out on 26th October and had intercourse Friday,Saturday. Sunday and Monday . Found out I was bleeding on Thursday for about a minute. It was a light bleed. Been getting twinges and pain in groin area . Is it implantation or my period
