Period or and implantation bleeding

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have ovulated in my 21st day egg ruptured.(by scan doctor verified) Doctor suggested me duphaston for 8 days today is 38th day. I got some bleeding on yesterday till continue today I have a doubt wether it's periods or implantation bleeding. We r expecting pregnancy for last 1 year. I have irregular period. Please help me I am do worried. I have pregnancy symptoms as well I check on 35th day it negative. I have abdomal pain headache bloted stomach some symptoms related to pregnancy. Pls help me still I have abdomenpain.
