Hello,, if urine pregnancy test is positive, but no gestational sac in uterus (growing fetus). There is high chance of ectopic pregnancy (fetus is growing outside uterus, like uterine tubes,, abdominal cavity, ovaries etc)
Consult gynecologist with both pregnancy test kit and ultrasound, at the earliest.
