  4. Period missing. Me what to do next.

Period missing
I have thyroid problem got medication changed last month. Now my dosage is 150 mg .I am overdue on my periods by 12 days. I had strong odour vaginal discharge and lower back pain. I checked for pregnancy initially but it came negative. I am confused about this symptoms But for the past couple of days no discharge pls advise me what to do next .
