Period missed but no symptoms of pregnan
My wife period was regular till last 2 month. Early we had protected relationship. Now we planned for child. Last month she had period of 2 day. On second day bleeding stopped. On 5th and 6th day little bleeding happened like drop for only an hour. This month she had no period. Slight pain feel like period will happen but period doesn't happen. She don't have symptoms like pregnancy. What she need to do and what could be the problem. Please suggest.
